FAQ Parking

1. What is the ParkWebshop?

The ParkWebshop is an online platform where you can easily purchase parking subscriptions and day passes. By entering your license plate number, you can enter and exit without the need for tickets or access cards.

2. What parking products are available?

We offer the following products:

  • Day Pass: A parking ticket valid from 00:00 to 23:59.
  • Evening Pass: A parking ticket valid from 18:00 to 05:59.
  • Business Subscription: Parking on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 07:00 and 19:00.
  • Residents Subscription: 24/7 access to our parking facilities, specifically for residents living near the Jaarbeurs.

3. How can I purchase a product?

You can easily buy a parking product online via the ParkWebshop. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.

4. Can I modify or cancel my product?

Refunds are not possible for any products in the ParkWebshop. Changes may be made in exceptional cases in consultation with Jaarbeurs. Please contact our customer service.

5. How does license plate recognition work?

When purchasing a parking product, you register your vehicle’s license plate. Upon arrival, your license plate is automatically recognized, and the barrier will open without needing a ticket or pass.

  • Check if your license plate is correctly registered.
  • Press the intercom button at the entrance for assistance.

6. Where can I park with my product?

You can park at P2, P4, and P6 at Jaarbeurs.

7. Are there charging points for electric vehicles?

Yes, there are 44 charging points available in our parking areas.

8. Are there disabled parking spaces?

Yes, there are sufficient disabled parking spaces available.

9. How can I pay?

You can pay using:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit card
  • Bancontact

10. Can I receive an invoice or VAT specification?

Yes, for the Business Subscription the VAT is clearly indicated on your parking ticket, making it easy to process in your administration.

11. What are the parking rates without a subscription?

  • Hourly rate: €4.75 per hour (P2, P4, and P6)
  • Online day rate: €31.00
  • On-site day rate: €31.00
  • Vehicles taller than 2.70 meters: €86.00 per day

12. What are the opening hours of the parking areas?

Our parking lots and garages are open 24/7. The parking garage is always accessible by scanning the QR code at the top of the parking ticket.

13. Can I share my subscription with someone else?

No, subscriptions are linked to a specific license plate and cannot be shared between multiple vehicles.

14. Can I use my parking subscription on a different day?

A subscription provides access on the selected days only. If you want to change the date of a reservation, you can do so up to 48 hours in advance via the modification link in your confirmation email.

15. What should I do if my license plate is not recognized?

Check if the plate was entered correctly and that the reservation date and location are accurate. If the issue persists, use the intercom at the entrance for help.

16. What if I don’t receive my confirmation email?

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.
  • Verify if the payment was deducted from your account.
  • If payment was made but you didn’t receive an email, please contact info@jaarbeurs.nl.

17. Can I cancel my parking product and get a refund?

No, refunds are not available for purchased parking products.

18. Can I receive a receipt or duplicate copy of my ticket?

After purchasing a parking ticket or subscription, you will automatically receive the receipt/invoice by email to the address provided in the ParkWebshop.

You can also log in to the ParkWebshop to view your booking history and re-download invoices and receipts.
