1. What is the ParkWebshop?
The ParkWebshop is an online platform where you can easily purchase parking subscriptions and tickets. By entering your license plate number, you can enter and exit without using tickets or access cards.
2. Which parking products are available?
We offer the following products:
- Day Pass: A parking ticket valid from 00:00 to 23:59.
- Evening Pass: A parking ticket valid from 18:00 to 05:59.
- Business Subscription: Parking on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 07:00 and 19:00.
- Resident Subscription: 24/7 access to our parking facilities, specifically for residents living near Jaarbeurs.
3. How can I purchase a product?
You can easily purchase a parking product online via the ParkWebshop. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.
4. Can I cancel or terminate my product?
No refunds are available for any products purchased via the ParkWebshop.
5. How does license plate recognition work?
When purchasing a parking product, you register your vehicle’s license plate. Upon arrival, your license plate is automatically recognized, and the barrier opens without the need for a ticket or pass.
Trouble entering?
- Check whether your license plate has been entered correctly.
- Press the intercom button at the entrance for assistance.
6. Where can I park with my parking product?
You can park at P2, P4, and P6 at Jaarbeurs.
7. Are there charging points for electric vehicles?
Yes, there are 44 charging points available at P6.
8. Are there parking spaces for people with disabilities?
Yes, P4 has sufficient designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
9. How can I pay?
You can pay via:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Bancontact
10. Can I receive an invoice or VAT specification?
Yes, for Business Subscriptions the VAT is clearly listed on the parking receipt, making it easy to process for administration.
11. What are the parking rates if I don’t have a subscription?
Vehicles under 2.70 meters:
- Hourly rate: €4.75/hour (P2, P4, and P6)
- Online day rate: €31.00
- On-site day rate: €31.00
Vehicles over 2.70 meters:
- Hourly rate: €21.50/hour (Only on P2)
- Daily rate: €86.00
- Advance booking not available
12. What are the opening hours of the parking facilities?
Our parking lots and garages are open 24/7.
The parking garage is always accessible by scanning the QR code at the top of the parking ticket.
13. Can I share my subscription with someone else?
No, subscriptions are linked to a specific license plate and cannot be shared across multiple vehicles.
14. Can I change the start date of my subscription?
Please contact our customer service. This is possible up to 48 hours before the subscription start date.
15. What should I do if my license plate isn’t recognized?
Check whether your license plate was entered correctly and whether the date and location match your reservation.
If the issue continues, use the intercom at the entrance for assistance.
16. What if I don’t receive my confirmation email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check whether the payment has been processed.
- If the payment was successful but you didn’t receive an email, please contact info@jaarbeurs.nl.
17. Can I cancel my parking product and receive a refund?
No, refunds are not available for purchased parking products.
18. Can I get a receipt or duplicate of my ticket?
After purchasing a parking ticket or subscription, you will automatically receive the receipt/invoice via email.
You can also log into the ParkWebshop to view booking history and re-download previous invoices and receipts.
