1. What is the ParkWebshop?
The ParkWebshop is an online platform where you can easily purchase parking subscriptions. By registering your license plate, you can enter and exit without the need for tickets or passes.
2. What parking subscriptions are available?
We offer the following subscriptions:
- Business Subscription: Parking on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 07:00 and 19:00.
- Resident Subscription: 24/7 access to our parking facilities, specifically for residents in the vicinity of Jaarbeurs.
3. How can I purchase a subscription?
You can easily buy your subscription online via the ParkWebshop:
- Purchase Business Subscription
- Purchase Resident Subscription
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details.
4. Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Refunds are not possible for subscriptions. Changes may be allowed in exceptional cases upon consultation with Jaarbeurs. Please contact our customer service for more information.
5. How does license plate recognition work?
When purchasing your subscription, you register your license plate. Upon arrival, your license plate will be automatically recognized, allowing the barrier to open without requiring a ticket or pass.

- Press the intercom button at the entrance for assistance.
6. Where can I park with my subscription?
With both the Business and Resident Subscription, you can park at P2, P4, and P6 at Jaarbeurs.
7. Are there charging points for electric vehicles?
Yes, there are 44 charging stations available at our parking facilities.
8. Are there parking spaces for disabled persons?
Yes, there are designated parking spaces for disabled individuals.
9. How can I pay?
You can pay via:
- iDEAL
- Dutch credit cards
10. Can I receive an invoice or VAT specification?
Yes, with the Business Subscription, VAT is clearly stated on your parking ticket, making it easy to process in your administration.
11. What are the parking rates if I don’t have a subscription?
- Hourly rate: €4.75 per hour (P2, P4, and P6)
- Online day rate: €31.00
- On-site day rate: €31.00
- Vehicles over 2.70 meters: €84.00 per day
12. What are the opening hours of the parking facilities?
Our parking facilities and garages are open 24/7.
13. Can I share my subscription with someone else?
No, subscriptions are linked to a specific license plate and cannot be shared between multiple vehicles.
14. Can I use my parking subscription on a different day?
A subscription grants access on specified days. If you have a reservation and wish to change the date, this can be done up to 48 hours in advance via the modification link in your reservation email.
15. What should I do if my license plate is not recognized?
- Check if your license plate is entered correctly.
- Verify that the correct date and parking location are listed in your reservation.
- If the issue persists, use the intercom at the entrance for assistance.
16. What happens if I don’t receive my confirmation email?
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Verify whether the payment has been successfully deducted from your account.
- If the payment was processed but you didn’t receive an email, contact us at info@jaarbeurs.nl.
17. Can I cancel my subscription and receive a refund?
No, refunds are not possible for purchased parking subscriptions.
18. Can I request a receipt or a duplicate of my receipt?
After purchasing a parking ticket or subscription, you will automatically receive the receipt/invoice via email at the address provided during the purchase.
Additionally, by logging into the ParkWebshop, you can view your booking history and download invoices and receipts again.
If you cannot access your email or cannot find your invoice, you can send an email to info@jaarbeurs.nl or visit the reception at the entrance.
